The departure from Marrakech, and transport over the High Atlas mountains Tizi nTichka pass. We will have time to stop and enjoy the wonderful landscapes, and coffee. We will visit the World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou .It is a Berber Kasbah which has been used as a backdrop for many films and was one of the most important fortress strongholds on the old Salt Road where nomad caravans brought slaves, gold, ivory and salt from Saharan Africa to Marrakech. Lunch in Ouarzazate.Along the way we’ll enjoy the landscapes of Berber villages before arriving to dades valley; overnight in a hotel.
Day 2: Dades valley – Merzouga
After breakfast, we leave to Merzouga; where the highest sand dunes of Morocco are located.Our team is ready to stop anywhere you want to take a photo or walk for sometime.
After some few hours driving, we’ll arrive to the Tafilalet oasis, which is famous for its dates in Morocco. Passing through small Berber villages, before arriving the Merzouga/erg Chebbi where we’ll find the camels waiting for us to explore the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, where we’ll spend the night in a Berber camp with dinner and Berber local music. Our team 4×4 is ready to assist you with anything even in the middle of the sand dunes.
Day 3: Merzouga – Fes
Before the sun rise,
you will ride the camels back to the hotel and you will see the sun rise
from the top of one of the sand dunes. Having a shower and breakfast,
we’ll leave Merzouga to Fez. On the way, we’ll pass through Rissani,
Erfoud, Errachidia and Medilt.We’ll stop for lunch and pictures of wild
monkeys on the Cedar forests of Azrou before arriving to Fez, where
we’ll leave you .The end of our services.
